I am predicting 12-16" of snow on Wednesday. Snow Day Grades: A on Wednesday, A on Thursday, B on Friday. Be nice about the fact that my eye contact was lacking as this was the first time I've read off a script...I will memorize the script more in tomorrow's forecast.

You did a fantastic job; you look like a professional! Thank you so much from all of us in the Lake Orion area for all of your hard work. Please work here when you graduate!
John, you are so informative and did a great job forecasting for all of us in Lake Orion! I know all of the kids will be so happy to hear your forecast. So all of you Moms out there - stock up on things to do during our blizzard and pray the power doesn't go out! Go Green
Very awesome!!! Are you an LO alum? Great job!!
I am a teacher a private school in Bloomfield Hills. I check your blog regularly. Teachers love snow days just as much as students! Thank you so much for your work on this blog.
I am a Lake Orion alum. Thanks for the compliments everybody.
John, as a Lake Orion teacher I was wondering if you have a direct line to our superintendant? She should have a "Batphone" that directly calls you in these times. Once again, great job with your blog.
-Mr. Stalions
Keep up the fine work, John. You are making us all proud at LOHS.
I am a Lake Orion teacher and I rely on your snow blog much more than any of the news channels here! Thanks for continuing our forecasts even though you are out of town!
Dear John,
I have a flight leaving from Flint on Wed at 1pm. In your opinion, what are my chances of the flight being cancelled. Thanks for your focasts. We really enjoy them.
Karen
I do not have a direct line to the Superintendent but Mr. Gutman did call me as a surprise once before the storm on December 19, 2008.
In my opinion, I unfortunately have to say that your flight out of Flint on Wednesday will likely get cancelled, as the storm will still be ongoing then.
Thanks again for the compliments everyone, they mean a lot.
Great Job John!! We love to read and watch your forcasts! In fact, we are not even going to set our alarms Tuesday evening! Go Dragons!!
Your blog was a point of discussion at a Lake Orion Condo Community luncheon today, John. The word of your forcasting is spreading. Please keep up the good work. I will be checking for updates.
John,
Don't apologize about using a script. You did an excellent job.
Furthermore, keep doing what you're doing. The video is a great addition. Keep pumping out the information. This will all serve as a GREAT marketing tool for you when you graduate and look to pursue a full time career.
John, thanks for keeping us updated with your expert forecast! I show my Computer Lit students your blog when we talk about web logs in class.
Somebody told me that they mentioned your blog on 96.3 this morning! You are hitting the big time John!
You have talent!!! You are making us Dragons so proud! My sister in Georgia told me about you...although I already knew of your insights. You are a neighbor, and my family relies on your blog regularly (and has for a couple of years now!) Keep up the hard work! You are going places John!
Nice site, John. Its very informative! Should be quite a week if we get all this snow.
Great job John. We check your blog at any sign of snow. Noah is always saying "John says....." I know your mom is so proud!

WOW Great Job John!! OK I am really tired of all this snow, can you mention Jamaica or Cancun. Just to hear about some warm weather. Just kidding. Keep up the great work.
Great Job John!
It is amazing how you can tell the weather. Today we watched your video at Saint Joseph School. It was so AWESOME! I can't wait for the THREE hopeful snow days!!!
